My 5 Favorite Skincare Products ... plus a few more for you!
So, back to my 5 favorites and this time it’s my skincare products. I personally use all of these, perhaps not at the same time, but I can tell you with certainty that I love each and every one of these products. And they actually work for my skin type. I’m writing a tiny blurb about each of them and hope you’ll write to me if you have any questions. Come on, you guys know what a skincare product junkie I am, so I’ll happily answer all your questions. Also, this is a first for me! First for what you’re wondering, right? Well, did you notice that there’s no pic of me in this blog post? First time for everything, they say … so, why not! But most definitely the last too;)
SkinCeuticals Discoloration Defense: Dark Spots/Hyperpigmentation/Sun Damage - the bane of my existence and I make no bones about it! This is the first product that I’ve used which ACTUALLY lightens my brown patches. But you have to use it consistently to see the results!
Patyka Repair Night Serum: It’s from Paris!! Need I say more? Yes, I do, since I don’t mess with my face. EVER:) This elixir contains sixteen plant oils that give my skin a radiant and glowy (not sure if that’s a real word but you get the gist of it) appearance when I wake up each morning.
SkinMedica HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator: One of my favorite products that I’ve talked about in one of my previous blog posts too!!! Makes my skin feel smooth, soft, hydrated and nourished. I’m completely obsessed with the silky texture of this serum and sometimes use more than I need to because it feels sooo good when I put it on!
Coola Mineral Face SPF 30 Matte Tint: A mattifying, moisturizing, mineral sunscreen that helps control shine AND leaves zero white residue. Oh, and it has antioxidant benefits! My skin is super sensitive and about 3 years ago it would break out with the application of any sunscreen at all. There were literally days that I went without sunscreen because of this problem. But, when a friend introduced me to Coola (they have some other great products too … keep reading and you’ll see) I became a convert. This is literally my absolute favorite sunscreen!
Jan Marini Retinol Plus Mask: This is a mask that EVERYONE should add to their skincare regime! Enough said … not really, since I have to tell you why I love it. I’m all about skin brightening, in case you missed it! This contains 1% retinol, which accelerates cell turnover while treating aging and Hyperpigmentation. My complexion feels brighter every time I use it and this is my definite go-to before big events. Did I mention that it’s Paraben free and suitable for all skin types?

Coola Classic Face SPF 30 Makeup Setting Spray: I spray this on after my make-up. It’s the perfect setting spray.
Patyka Smoothing Revitalizing Toner: Super refreshing and my skin feels and smells wonderful.
Valmont Prime Renewing Pack: Definitely pricey but skin ACTUALLY feels and appears smoother the next morning!!!
SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Serum: Vitamin C serum that protects skin from environmental damage.
